'Killing' actress shifts for 'Golf Pro'
LehmanCapitalizing around the warmth produced by her role on AMC's "The Killing," Kristin Lehman has signed onto join Colin Firth and Emily Blunt in Mix Creek Pictures' dark comedy "Arthur Newman, Golf Professional."Firth stars as Wallace Avery, a guy who hates his job and it is despised by his family. Feeling he skipped his shot at living the dream, he decides to fake their own dying and make up a new identity. When he meets a youthful lady (Blunt) together with her own troubled past, the duo start entering empty houses to pose because the absent proprietors.Lehman will have Firth's ex-wife, who lives using their boy and her new husband.Advertisements helmer Dante Ariola is pointing from the script by Becky Johnston, who'll produce with Mix Creek's John Oliver and Alisa Tager. Production is skedded to begin this month in New York.Lehman, who formerly made an appearance around the bigscreen in "The Sentinel" and "The clear way of the Gun," lately wrapped Anonymous Content's thriller "Attic." She plays Gwen Eaton, the campaign agent and secret lover of mayoral candidate Darren Richmond (Billy Campbell) on "The Killing."Lehman is repped by Domain Talent, OAZ and attorney Diane Golden.
